Responsibilities
- Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations within budgetary parameters and to the highest standards.
- Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
- Purchase items and make constant upgrades.
- Determine the demands of your consumers and reply to all of their problems promptly.
- Lead the F&B team by attracting, hiring, training, and evaluating skilled individuals.
- Encourage two-way communication and foster an ownership culture that emphasizes motivation and teamwork.
- Obey all health and safety standards.
- Management should be informed about the results and productivity.
- Experience in food and beverage management.
- Knowledge of several computer software applications is required (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Capability to identify and solve issues quickly
- Mastery of multiple task delegation.
- Communication and leadership abilities are required.
- Current on food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Capability to manage people and fulfill financial goals.
- Guest-centered and service-oriented.
- Diploma from a culinary school or a degree in food service administration or a similar subject.
