 The premium resort is presently seeking a competent Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

    1. Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations within budgetary parameters and to the highest standards.
      1. Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service.
      2. Purchase items and make constant upgrades.
      3. Determine the demands of your consumers and reply to all of their problems promptly.
      4. Lead the F&B team by attracting, hiring, training, and evaluating skilled individuals.
      5. Encourage two-way communication and foster an ownership culture that emphasizes motivation and teamwork.
      6. Obey all health and safety standards.
      7. Management should be informed about the results and productivity.
      Requirements

        • Experience in food and beverage management.
        • Knowledge of several computer software applications is required (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
        • Capability to identify and solve issues quickly
        • Mastery of multiple task delegation.
        • Communication and leadership abilities are required.
        • Current on food and beverage trends and best practices.
        • Capability to manage people and fulfill financial goals.
        • Guest-centered and service-oriented.
        • Diploma from a culinary school or a degree in food service administration or a similar subject.
