Sabot Zambia Limited is looking for an Assistant Fleet Controller to join their team.
Location - Kitwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia.

Job Responsibilities
1 Manage the fleet's daily operations and allocate cars to drivers.
2 Manage fleet licenses, including insurance, passports, driver visas, Hezcam, Comesa, road tax, and fitness certificates (COF)
3 Driver management, such as coaching and induction
4 Daily truck driver generation registers
5 Creating monthly driver status reports
6 Daily trailer and horse tracking report generation
7 Creating monthly updates on diesel shortages
9 Controlling driver trip sheets
10 Ensure fleet policies/health and safety policies are followed in order to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1 Grade 12 school certificate.
2 Should be computer literacy.
3 Consider every detail.
4 Team player, trustworthy, and reliable.
5 Interpersonal abilities, moral character, time management, and sobriety are requirements.
6 Must be able to solve problems.
7 At least two (2) years of related experience.
