JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the department's operations are coordinated and functional by performing daily administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate survey or report results from consumers.
  • Assistance with planning various branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in and help organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to ensure their success.
  • Write and publish online articles for the business's website and social media accounts.
  • Making and delivering promotional presentations'
  • Direct customer communication and fostering of relationships based on trust.
REQUREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Being able to produce entertaining and original social media material for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  • Adequate familiarity with office administration and marketing concepts.
  • Demonstrated capacity for multitasking and deadline adherence.
  • A history of success as a marketing assistant.
  • Excellent database and market research methodology knowledge.
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, marketing software, and web apps (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-organized and customer-focused.
