JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the department's operations are coordinated and functional by performing daily administrative responsibilities.
- Conduct market research and evaluate survey or report results from consumers.
- Assistance with planning various branding and marketing initiatives.
- Participate in and help organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to ensure their success.
- Write and publish online articles for the business's website and social media accounts.
- Making and delivering promotional presentations'
- Direct customer communication and fostering of relationships based on trust.
REQUREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Being able to produce entertaining and original social media material for Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Adequate familiarity with office administration and marketing concepts.
- Demonstrated capacity for multitasking and deadline adherence.
- A history of success as a marketing assistant.
- Excellent database and market research methodology knowledge.
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office, marketing software, and web apps (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-organized and customer-focused.
