Job Responsibilities
- Manage leased property repairs and maintenance.
- Take part in vendor discussions and keep track of vendor performance agreements.
- Create and put in place a facility management program that includes preventative maintenance and life-cycle needs.
- Ensure that health and safety requirements and industry norms are followed.
- For best efficiency, allocate and manage facility space.
- Central facility services such as stationary, reception, security, cleaning, catering, garbage disposal, and parking should be planned and managed.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings, monitor contract suppliers' operations, and inspect finished work by contractors and vendors.
- Regularly generate and deliver reports and assessments of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
- Grade 12 school certificate that are fully certified, with a minimum credit in English and Mathermatics.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in a similar role is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or related field.
